How can I create an account for a person who uses the admin panel?

If the TapTasty system is going to be used by several people in your company, for optimal use, each person must have an account specific to the function they have in the company. You can create accounts for delivery person, order person, location admin, location store admin, marketing person, and operator.

To create an account for an admin panel user, click on "SETTINGS" and then on "Users."

Click on the "Add User" button at the top right, and several fields will appear that need to be filled in with the new user's information.

This information is:

  • Role - here, you select the function of the person for whom you create an account within your company. The possibilities are as follows:

    • Driver - the person who uses the TapTasty Driver app to deliver your orders.

    • User - the person who deals with the orders and has access to the following sections:

      • Dashboard

      • Orders

      • Tableside ordering

      • Reservation 

      • Dispatch

      • Scanning the customer's QR code from location

      • Reports

      • Feedback

    • Location Admin - the person who administers one of your company's locations and has access to the following sections:

      • Dashboard

      • Customer database

      • Orders

      • Tables

      • Reservations

      • Add new order

      • Dispatch

      • Catalog - Products

      • Marketing - Fidelity card 

      • Scanning the customer's QR code from location

      • Reports 

      • Feedback

    • Location Store Admin - the person who manages one of your company's locations and has access to the sections to which Location Admin also has access (The difference between Location Admin and Location Store Admin is that Location Admin has access to the feedback section in the system for the entire company, and Location Store Admin, only in the feedback section for the location they manage).

    • Marketer - the marketing person who has access to the following sections:

      • Customer database

      • Catalog

      • Marketing

    • Operator - the person who identifies the customer at his location by scanning a QR code and has access only to the scanning function.

  • Access Orders from Locations (You can use this setting to give access to a user to specific or multiple locations. It is available just for specific roles)

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email / User name (in the case of selecting the Driver role) - this will need to be entered to log into the TapTasty admin panel / TapTasty Driver android app for delivery.

  • Password

  • Confirm password

  • Interface language

  • Avatar

 After you have filled in the required information, click on the "Save User" button, on the top right, to save the new account.
